Domestic Tanks are aboveground tanks for the storage of combustible liquids intended to be used as heating and/or generator fuels. This is the type of tank typically used for home heating oil. These tanks come in two popular sizes, 100 Gal. and 200 Gal. These tanks are constructed from 12 gauge steel (2.5mm) with a double bottom from 13 gauge steel (2.3mm) and can be installed outside or inside. The useable lifetime on these tanks ranges from 25-30 years.
