Workbench Tanks (ULC 142.18)
Workbench Tanks are rectangular steel aboveground tanks that, because of its unique shape, have a combined use as a working surface and for the storage of lubricating oils. These tanks are available in single wall, for the storage of new oil, and in double wall for the storage of used oil, and can also be divided into compartments for storage of multiple grades of oil. Tanks can be manufactured up to 1200L capacity and are becoming a necessity in garages due to their dual-purpose design.
Standard Characteristics
  • Steel ASTM A-569
  • Pressure tested at 1.5 to 3 PSI
  • workbench top plate, 3/16" thick steel with 3" bend / guard on back part of workbench area
  • Fill, vent, gauge and pump openings
  • External Finish: sandblasted, epoxy primed, with a polyurethane topcoat to customers color choice
  • ULC label
  • unit with secondary containment to hold 110% capacity
  • fully-welded channel supports
